FAQs on the application
How do I apply correctly? When will I hear back from you? And can I actually bring my dog to the office? In our Frequently Asked Questions you will find all the answers about the application process.
As long as the vacancy is online on our careers page, it is still vacant and the process is in full swing. We have no fixed application deadlines.
Submit application documents
Simply complete the relevant application form on our careers page and attach your application documents.
Reviewing the applications received
In this step, we screen and filter the applications. We then invite applicants to the first interview and cancel those who are unfortunately not shortlisted due to their qualifications or similar.
Virtual job interview
Firstly, the applicants with the most suitable profile are invited to a video interview – or ‘getting to know each other’ as we call it – via Microsoft Teams. This is usually attended by the responsible person from the HR department together with the division, specialist and/or team manager. A maximum of three people from our company will take part in an interview. In rare cases, such as a team meeting, this number may be exceeded.
On-site interview
If the first meeting is positive and both parties are interested in working together, the second interview takes place on site. This is again attended by the divisional, specialist and/or team manager, someone from HR management and the management.
Decision
After the second interview, you have already made it and we can make a final decision.
As a rule, your CV, salary expectations, references and earliest possible starting date are sufficient. For certain positions, we subsequently request a letter of motivation or work samples. So if you want to be optimally prepared and keep the process as short as possible, submit everything together straight away.
On your first day, you will arrive at the office in peace and quiet and start with technical onboarding. Here you will receive your technical equipment and be briefed on the important software. This is followed by a short project presentation and a briefing on our internal guidelines. You can then join your new team to get to know them and continue your induction.
This varies from position to position. In most cases, 30 hours a week is desirable and in others the workload is so intensive that more hours per week are usually required. It is best to simply ask in your application and state how many hours you would like to work. We will examine each individual case and then get back to you.
We are all equipped with a laptop, mobile phone and headset as standard, including accessories such as charging cable, mouse, keyboard, etc. If you need anything else, such as a screen to use at home, we will take care of it.
Our work equipment enables us to work remotely at any time (mobile working). Thanks to the technical equipment and our digitalised data structure, all important work documents are available to you wherever you are.
Every year, we organise a summer party and a Christmas party for all employees. There are also team events organised by the individual departments.
We currently have a couple of employees who regularly bring their dogs to work. So feel free to bring your four-legged friend with you, the only important thing is that the dog is house-trained and non-aggressive.
If you would like a little ‘taster’ or to get to know your potential team during the application process, we will be happy to organise this. Get in touch with us and we’ll see if we can make it happen.
